Waters will be hosting a reception at the Natural History Museum of Utah (pictured above) on Monday June 25. This beautiful facility, the Rio Tinto Center, is located in the foothills above Salt Lake City less than a mile from the conference venue. It rests on a series of terraces that follow the contours of the hillside, and blending into the environment. The building is located along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, a popular location for hiking and mountain biking. The evening will feature access to the museum exhibits (including the dinosaurs), refreshments and drinks, and talk by Utah State Paleontologist James Kirkland.
